I am a biochemist interested in understanding how biological components (proteins, viruses…) interact with membranes, and the molecular mechanisms associated with membrane remodeling. This is investigated using AFM, HS-AFM and correlative fluorescence-AFM. I am also interested in structural biology of membrane proteins.
