My Lab is interested in integrating and modeling multi-omics data related to cancer research with a specific interest in rare, resistant tumors and the microenvironment. Our main approach consists in inferring and/or using biological networks at different scales together with various computational methods to conduct such projects. A second important theme is computational proteomics, i.e. the development of algorithms and mathematical models to analyze protein mass spectrometry data.
