I am a bio-physicist, experimentalist, with a background in optics. My expertise and interests are in developing advanced microscopy techniques that allow me to directly manipulate individual molecules or cells. In parallel, I develop the required software to drive the instruments and to analyze the measurements. With these, I study one of the most extraordinary biological machines, the Flagellar Motor in bacteria.
